RhinoFab 900
The RhinoFAB 900 Machining Center takes storefront and curtain wall material and pushes it through a fabrication center where it can drill or rout from the top, bottom, and front to create fabrication holes and shapes and then a 90-degree upcut saw to trim or cut the product to the required size. The RhinoFAB 900 takes direct feed from the PartnerPak and Glazier Studio line of estimating and fabrication software.

HOW IS ANNEALED GLASS DIFFERENT THAN TEMPERED GLASS?
Tempered glass has undergone a heating process that hardens the glass and causes it to break into many small pieces if broken. Tempered glass is necessary when there is a higher risk of breakage from high traffic, such as in a door. Tempered glass is sometimes referred to as ‘safety glass’. Annealed or regular glass is not treated and if broken will break into large, sharp pieces. 
WHEN SHOULD I USE TEMPERED GLASS?
Fixed or operable windows must include safety glass if they measure larger than 9 feet square, the bottom edge is less than 18 inches above the floor, the top edge is more than 36 inches above the floor, and there is a walking surface within 36 inches of the glass. But in any case if you are in doubt then tempered would be the safe option.
CAN TEMPERED GLASS BE CUT?
Tempered glass cannot be cut and attempting to will cause the piece to shatter.
WHAT THICKNESSES OF HEAVY SHOWER DOOR GLASS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer 3/8″ and 1/2″ thicknesses for frameless glass shower doors and enclosures. For semi-frameless and framed units 1/4″ thickness is available.
MY WINDOW IS DUAL-PANE AND ONE OF THE PANES IS BROKEN. CAN I FIX THE BROKEN PANE WITH A PIECE OF GLASS?
No. Most dual pane windows contain an insulated and sealed unit. The two panes of glass and spacer in between them are actually all pieces of a single unit so the entire unit must be replaced. Usually, you do not need to replace the window frame to fix a fogged or broken IG.
